You haven't see the Gym... sekali, next you'll like the Gym most loh. Hehe...
The interior not so impressive.
Sink in the toilet looks swallow.
The display panel between kitchen and living area, will be weird to use. You can't be putting nice display there and if u put kitchen stuff there, it will not use nice viewing from the living area.
The main door might have issue installing digital lock, the handle is too close the lock.
TOP I think will be later than June, still have lots of messy items around the whole condo as seem from the photos.
i think the display (upper shelves) between the kitchen n dining area is meant for placing spice items (eg black pepper) in nicely shaped bottles, so that not only do they look nice as displays, they are practical to be used too.

By the way, does anyone know whats their policy for parking of 2nd car?
Thanks ilgr for the pictures. The exterior sure looks very nice.
Love the pool and glad to know i'd be waking up to this view every morning.
The interior looks ok but i guess they shud be doing some touchup before handing over the keys.
I notice that there seems to be no bidget hose beside the toilet seat? (remembered i saw it somewhere in the OTP specs)
Glad to know the quality is as gd as the showflat's.
Drove by last night but only the stairway is light up.
Look forward to it in the coming months; btw just received the 5% + 5% request for payment over the last 2 weeks! haha
*1984, am not sure about this but there are extra 30+ lots; maybe can work out something? haha.

Some developments with a lower "1 carpark lot : 1 residential unit" ratio offer a lower maintenance fee for those opting out. Dun think this will apply in this development though. Alternatively, work out in-between neighbors with no car vs 2 cars by using 2 shares of the maintenance fee as a reference point lor.
Although we have the photos of the interior now, I am still concerned with the remarks posted on the Vacanza@East thread where even owners of DBSS flats at The Peak in Toa Payho have posted that they have many problems such as the wooden flooring turning black, laminated kitchen cabinets peeling, falling tiles in the toilets etc...
Hope they have improved on this.
Me 2!! My friend bought EC Arc@Tampines. He is so upset about the workmanship, materials and unfriendly design. Hope all the feedback has already made effect on ours.
Any idea about the finished floor to ceiling height? I saw the main entrance door almost touches the ceiling...
Those are also projects of Straits Construction?
Whats the official top date for sea esta? I noted that its stated as Jun 2016. So this project is one year early? Is this a norm?
Hi ilgr. Thanks for the pictures. Just wondering based on your observation of the interior, how is the general quality of the interior works (particularly flooring, doors and furniture)?
Any of the similar issues reported by residents of Vacenza and Arc@tampines?
Appreciate your insight. Thanks
