    sky habitat will start moving when the overall market climbs higher and higher.
    8river already have units selling at such prices. though one stop nearer to town it takes probably a couple more mins of walking distance. without shelter. plus many ppl been posting how bad the traffic is around that area. furthermore the empty plot of land directly opposite the sennett will see a mega mall like nex in the future!

    Nin residence under construction, Sennate Residence about to launch,
    also wait for plot B - currently under demolition and clearance, Plot C - CDL Mix residence + shop development (a sure star develoment in the area) .. See the new benchmark Psf set for new P P development.

    is true if selling 1500sqf . Ppl wil start to look at SH and 8RS .

    im excited to see all 3 plots + Nin to be completed. Maybe by then some bidadari projects / HDBs would have been launched as well. New malls, new schools etc.
