But I thought that is a very common design nowadays, no? If I am not wrong, it is only bad when the entrance is facing the stove directly.

My advice is not to choose stacks 22 and 23. Noise from roads plus infront of bus-stop coupled wiht afternoon sun! Not forgetting the dust and fumes from the buses.

true that but the price difference will be in terms of almost 50k-100k. would your rental yield be worthwhile to get the 500+sqft 1 bedders?

The highrise block will be better than the 5-storey block on the same facing. But still prefer the east facing low floor units which will be quieter and cleaner. Never choose stack 27 eventhough it is north facing but early morning track will be noisy unless you are on high floors at least with a view towards bidadari. Be prepared from morning prayer.

Looks like the pool will be above the lowrise block 35, so level 5 would be just under the pool. Level 4 should clear the rooftop of the landed.

Have also thought of going down today. But it makes no sense for me to invest in this one after the last CM. Choose wiselynot just for rental yield but potential given the large no. of choices if you are to sell it later. It is really a good area with great potential.
