    I think sennett pricing of $1450 average, give san ritz room to launch above $1500, as san ritz bid the land at a higher P,....and for the next project beside san ritz, is going to be much higher because of the high cost of the land.....

    that was fast, where did the 14 units come from since u updated at 4pm yesterday? all chiong in yesterday after that or once showflat opened today?

    if only there were data available on how many units were sold to owners with 0, 1 or at least 2 properties. that would be useful in accessing the depth of this market.

    I think Potong Pasir is one of the most unique locations in Singapore for the fact that it is so close to town but so under developed. And finally after the white group has taken over, plans are now moving forward to develop the place. Will miss the quietness of the place though.

    Got a 2 bedder unit last thursday at SR and when I walked past today, the board put up showed red color "sold" stickers almost on every unit. I guess the 3/4/penthouse are the ones remaining only.

    And yes it was a madhouse last thursday.

    I think this is a good size for a 2-bedder. Would be better if there is a home shelter for storage purposes.

    Bedrooms very good size but i prefer enclosed kitchen. I would thought only MM 2 bedder comes with such kitchen layout?

    Once an agent told me this. The kitchen is near main door so that you can conveniently put down your groceries the moment you come back from shopping. Make sense?

    Makes sense. But more important is that it economizes on the overall space available. Since I don't cook often, I don't need my kitchen to be enclosed.

    Today I brought my friend to the senette show flat....counted 250+ units sold, really fierce....now average 1600 psf for small units......urban vista also many units sold.....this is buyers market!!! those who didn't take action, is going to regret later....
