    i reckon this project will not sell well cos of the uncertainty of the euro crisis looming ahead n also the stock market being whacked quite badly the last couple of weeks..sentiments not good at this moment!

    quantum will be huge for the 2 and 3 bedders too. maybe 1 bedders and studios still can move some.

    They can afford to price it 10% lower. Trade-off for 10% more margin for planter and bay window.
