Think this one is better than suites@ newton bec bigger site, and has skygarden/swim pool, comparable to Lviv directly across newton road, except that Lviv studio/1 room is bigger than 600sqft whereas this one has 400 plus sqfeet units.

Surprised that so few units have been sold bec expected to do better than suites @newton. Maybe the high pfs (2300-2500pfs) and ABSD for foreigners. Subsales and developer sales for Lincoln suites, another comparable condo with lots of MM also quiet.

    Yes. Developer trying their luck!
Such developers sometimes uses strategies like this to milk off the public.

They will launch for 6 months, pull it off the market, rest 6 months then come back with lower (or higher prices). They have no obligation to protect the earlier buyers.

Thanks BH for the update. Have also been nonitoring sales of this project on and off. Still find it very puzzling. The project was officially launched about a year ago and before CM7 have sold just 10 plus units out of 180 units.

The location along Newton road is fine, it has a sky garden, the quantum for MM still affordable though pfs at 2400pfs is high. Could this be poor marketting or is it just the price? Probably one of the poorest new launch performer in Newton/Novena area.

Think is the location of this project.. neither here or there.. not near Newton MRT & Novena MRT.. right at the middle
And will be sandwich between Surrey Pt / Suites @ Surrey & Newton Imperial
