Default Launching soon (FH?) along Bartley Road

Passing by Bartley Road the other day, saw this whole old block of emptied house fence up with advertisement on it saying Launching Soon, any idea which developer bought this land, name of the new property, FH or LH?

I know the same developer of Bartley Residences bought the LH land opposite BR For a lower psf price than BR. Are you referring to this one?

The one you are talking is Plot of empty land (99LH?) fenced up along Bartley Road

This one here is actually on the same side as BR but further down the road.

Wah you know so much. Looks like maybe many agents and maybe event developers hang around in this forum.

Maybe should ask some of the people working in Huttons.

    Finally find it HERE.

    Bartley Terrace.

Admin, can help to modify the SUBJECT of this thread to add the name of the development.

"Bartley Terrace (FH) Launching Soon along Bartley Road"

Expect traffic noise since its so near a major road and the opposite land should be slated for HDB development so there could be future amenities there if at all.

Shortest path seems to be via the west perimeter of the school. Should be 600m to the nearest MRT entrance, so 7 min has to be a very fast walker.

think i mentioned in the other Gambir Ridge thread yesterday, there is a park called Sunshine Park just beside the school, so can cut across there i believed. The line is kinda off
