This development looks nice, but all small loft units. The units are all 1 bedroom? When is the preview and expected quantum?

Omg. They are gonna charge the airspace for the lofts? And im not sure what kind of message they intend to send with this kind of image in the ads.

IMHO, this LOFT design is impractical and possibly dangerous, given that bedroom and bath are at duff levels.

Just imagine having to climb down and up the staircase when answering nature's call in the middle of the night (usually in a blur state of mind)... One slip and fall and that's it!!

Definitely not for stay after retirement, unless one is really fond of high ceiling... ;-)

Confusing plan. The upper floor of the Lifestyle plan - I have trouble picturing the Bedroom 1.

In any case, if they configure this way, 3 BRs squeezed upstairs is targeted at certain types of buyers/tenants.

It's a really good buy at ~1200psf if they are not counting the air space/volume space.

Bedroom 1 is reached by climbing ladder from lower floor.

went to showflat, was attracted to the 6.2m ceiling height.

but the toilet is a bit funny, right at the main door.

location is quite near to MRT, but doubt if can get 5% return like what the developer promised

Toilet beside main door is good for 'quickie' clients.

instead of full blown xxx requiring bed in bedroom, quickie just requires toilet to do, wash up and go...

    for this project
    pros
    1. 6.2m height ceiling is special & nice
    2. just 270m to aljunied mrt station
    3. around 1300 psf for the location, design & freehold considered reasonable

    cons
    1. actual site is very small, sure built very closely to buildings besides it
    2. pool is very small, no gym, no bbq
    3. no north/south facing unit, no unblock view unit at all

Pass by the road the other day... and the super big nice banner attracts my attention.

Another cons... there's an overhead bridge just metres away from the site. So pedestrians who uses the bridge can look directly your unit!!
