i notice that gone are the days where you get a big lift landing. now, every new condo's lift landing is just a passage way to your house.

sori, if my children treat me like the way u do to your P and PIL, they will not get a single cent from me, and I will kick them out from my house without second thought.

Ur far from as a role model....

I believe my parents and in-laws are proud of me, and appreciate that I am putting up tremednous effort to gel the families under a roof.

I see that as a personal achievement.

With their support & Hopeful fatherly advises, you will have your own hotel soon.
But remember to keep the chickens & ducks out.

Hi. Thanks for the good advices.

My future Flamingo Valley will be solely for homestay purpose.

I am just citing that if I have had the opportunity to own a landed property, I would explore to maximise my occupancy space. In view of your above advices, I would introduce homestay program for foreign students who needs attention (accomodation, housekeeping etc). I think it will be a viable option then.

Again, if that ever happens please rest assure I will be doing it a proper and legal way.

600+ cheques translated into 208 units sold in the first day.
    So only 1/3 sales....is it a good %?

Don't really understand about the cheque part.
600+ cheques was handed before the preview?
Those 400+ people decided not to buy cos they did not get their preferred unit, changed their minds etc....
But how many units were launched yesterday, almost 300?

    Money well invested in him.

My words to all parents : eventually all your monies will go to the children, it is good to start them young and in the right way. Instead of giving them money when ur gone, u duno whether they can manage and invest wisely or not.

That's the problem or beauty of cyber space.
    You can be anyone.
It can be very exhausting trying to assume different characters online.

I believe that if we are fated to meet in real life, we will one day, otherwise it will be better to meet one another online.

Over 220 units sold at eCO condo in Bedok South
    by
    Kalpana Rashiwala

    http://www.businesstimes.com.sg/brea...south-20120920

Far East Organization, Frasers Centrepoint and Sekisui House said on Thursday that they had sold more than 220 units at their eCO condominium project in Bedok South on the first day of preview on Sept 19.
The developers have released 262 units in the 748-unit, 99-year leasehold condo located along Bedok South Avenue 3. "About 95 per cent of buyers were Singaporeans and Singapore permanent residents," the developers said in a news release issued on the afternoon of Sept 20.
"Prices start from $737,000 for a 549 sq ft one-bedroom suite," said the developers.
Sources say the average price could be around $1,200-1,250 per square foot (psf).
