    I still remember when i was there at the morning of the launch. The queue to buu was longer than the queue to go in.

    Just a random thoughts, Heron bay(HB) is now 90% sold. Water bay (WB) not sure but heard not that gd although they came out earlier.
    Compare location WB is around 10 mins walk to MRT and HB is 15 - 20 mins walk to MRT / LRT.
    Pricing almost the same. Both are EC.

    My thoughts is that HB advertising / marketing strategy is better. I heard of this project way before it is launch. The PCK adv is very catchy also.

    What are yours opinions on this ?

    Heard the EC cap on 30% for 2nd timer is applicable for 1 month only, thereafter is no limit. Which means WB second booking date after 1 month look set to be a sellout.

    In progress building the site office and workers dormitory.

    I guess construction will start early next year....
