    The cheapest unit in miltonia residence was 490900 for a 517sqft 1 bedder at 950psf.

    Based on 950psf on their 484sqft unit will mean a price starting from 459800.

    Definitely overpriced! For an area like that. Whats more the traffic jam to and from CTE is horrendous, with more condos development around the area...

    overcrowded with hdb, jammed in all directions to cte, tpe, sle, Sembawang road all the way to lornie, no good primary school, no amenities at all, double confirmed the worst place you can find

    Close to 40-50% is one to two bedder. Seems like Canopy, One Canberra, Eight Courtyards etc. has less of one or two bedder.

    No wonder someone says if miss the boat and smaller sampan will come , then later raft will coming as years go by (due to smaller and smaller unit paid for same price) .......


    Guess that is the trend now and maybe future???

    The latest fashion now is MM 2 bedders and MM 3 bedders. Studios and 1 bedders outdated.

    Interesting viewpoint.
    Wondering if there is any real difference? Can't the studio (with at least 500sq ft) be partitioned by owners to
    MM2 / 3 bedders with the help of contractors during renovation after TOP?Does this need approval by Management Committee?
