    The layout of the unit is very important. Nowadays a bedroom = can fit a single bed + a window. If no window can only consider a "study" room. So partition a studio may not get you a MM 2 bedder, only become a 1+ study if ur that room got no window.

    Apparently from developer, they pumped in extra $$ to raise the land height so that #6 and above units will be able to enjoy the Golf-course / Reservoir Views and whatever thats out there

    *in another word.. maybe translate to abit higher selling price haha

    saw the graph comparing the prices of skiemiltonia with the various condo. pls include also projects like The Nautical, 8 courtyard, Estuary and Miltonia. These condo are in the Yishun area and they will serve as good benchmark

    Looks more crowded than Estuary...the blocks look really packed closely together...
