    Layout is a bit on the cramped side. There is still some land in front that may possibly block the view in future. I guess VVIP date is pushed forward possibly to avoid intense competition in Q4 2012, as we can see many good projects are launching in that period.

    Based on concept plan 2001, there will be LRT line.

    NCL (north coastal line) will be a distant away. Both lines after 2025. lol

    Investment wise should still be ok due to proximity of future SAP.

    It is massive by looking at the land works & infrastructure building up. More land has been acquired by URA from Mindef
