unlike enbloc in private estate where you are able to catch wind of, is there a avenue where you can get a hint of hdb that may go SERs ?

my MIL is having one that is more then 45yrs old but they had a precint upgrade 12yrs back

when u free go walk around those hdb flat more than 30 years old...look for sign of CRACKS at void deck......those with more crack got higher chance...
