I was dying to buy a better and cheaper private condo after I sold my apartments in 2010 & 2011 but I found none which is better and cheaper. I missed the boat. Now I need to learn to appreciate my current situation and enjoy what I have.

I remember one incident... I drive a small jap car... I was at a traffic light when a Porsche pulled up beside me. I was thinking, "what a nice car...don't know when I can own one"

Then, a Ferrari pulled up beside the Porsche... and I caught the Porsche driver looking at the Ferrari. Maybe he was thinking the same...

There is always something better... some may said those who dont work hard are just being lazy... 知足长乐... important to be contented.

    stiook.... like!

sometimes its difficult to come to terms with the fact that you are only so capable. keep on knocking against the wall will only harm yourself and close ones around you. better to know ones own limits and keep eye open for good opportunity that you have confidence to capture.... be it job, love, investment, property.

You are already so lucky to have taken so many boat rides, do not need to die to take another one.

Some others have never taken the boat rides before bec they have missed every single boat that came. These people really have more to die for than you. You should be dying to enjoy other things in life.

There once was a man who had no shoes,
And envied everyone who wore nice shoes,
Until he saw a man with no legs,
And was thankful for his fate.

Missed the Boat? No sweat. Keep walking and you will get there some day.

OMG...... where they get so sexy models for him to massage.
    That guy is really lucky.
I think he is gay that's why he detests his job.
Ask carbuncle lah.... i am sure he share the same sentiments as that guy?
