Along east coast, dont seem to be near to any future mrt
but a decent plot size

alternative looking at malvern spring. Big plot but older, top 2004
more centrally located.near 112 katong mall

Not sure if the 'inside' units for Poshgrove can hear the friendly crows that congregate in the trees along East Coast Rd every evening. Advisable to have an evening viewing to confirm.

I duno about Malvern Spring but visited Poshgrove east...the feeling is just ok lah! nothing great....just a normal project, but I don't like the way the windows are being designed...

the windows are top hinged? quite a few places are like that now. similar to central aircon buildings. looks like the developer intends for the owner to have a/c on most of the time?
