    Low floor C block has nice pool in front, not main pool, so not as noisy, plus away from main road, and buffer from the forested area more effective for low floor... or consider this effacing the park, absolute privacy from other buildings.


    However, smaller units are mainly in Block B, and some 1 bedder in Block C.

    The white lines are walking trails. I have walked the trails a couple of times. You can start the walk at the path near the end of Chestnut Ave (turn right to enter the path) and complete a loop round the forested area including the PUB water treatment plant and back. One loop takes above 1.5 hours.

    The reservoir views along the trails are just fantastic. One can also see Tree House and Foresque from the very straight path and open area just beside the PUB water treatment plant. It is a place worth venturing...but not after a heavy rain.

    There is also a path that leads to Upper Pierce Reservoir. One can see the path from Goggle Map.

    that means the park is next to the canal and the entrance is not facing the condos. a 3-5 mins walk on chestnut avenue from ES,TH & FR.

    Hi Sunrise, can elaborate more on the water fountain. Where did you get the info from? Currently, I only can see a big 'long kang'.

    for these few plots, the better option is to go for the low floor pool views. the great view units are accompanied with highway noise.

    Looking at the upper map, I deduce there will be a water body, tapping from the canal flow? The triangular piece of land is indicated as 0sqm?

    Petrol station is no longer there.....

    the big longkang is the canal. they proposed the park with built-in fountain.

    canal is situated on the right of this picture. short walking distance from condos.
