Stock market to go down 20% in near term.

Unlikely, STI at 2850 I will say buy

Those unable to buy properties anymore will either buy annual MBS club membership or help to boost STI

CMs serve to artificially suppress the demand to buy time ... but the underlying fundamental factors like low interest rate, excessive monetary growth and weak exchange rate are left in the cold

MAS surprised the market this time by maintaining gradual appreciation of SGD is the right step ...

that's why I said the worst is behind us, Greece is too small ... all Europe need to do is put a firewall for Spain to stop the virus from spreading further which they will do at all cost

I am not saying a V-shape recovery, but there will be high chance that it goes sideways for long time after establishing the BOTTOM

Shall we worry about inflation or deflation ... lol

since it is side way movement ... Bernanke will not dare to do anything until there is a steeper recovery

of course unemployment # is another key

and some will say once they start to tighten, there will be no more worries for deflation but inflation so why sell

Default Hot money flowing into HK

Default Warren Buffet sees a turn for housing in US

He (Warren Buffet) also sees a "turn" for residential housing in the U.S. and as it improves, Berkshire Hathaway's housing-related companies will benefit.

=> same tune as JP Morgan
