    Default Hong Leong Garden Shopping Center

    I noticed KF is starting to gather interest on this project, construction of showflat is also on the way. Wonder how much is the psf? Will the commercial lot be available as well?

    Maybe ard $1500 psf for 1 bedder. Not much supplies.

    How about 2 and 3 bedders? Will they also priced at 1500psf?

    I am keen in 2/3 bedders pricing information.

    If $1500, those hundred trees owner huat liao. i think they should launch this before 100T TOP. just in case 1 bedder rental demand can support the pricing.

    Hi. I think Hundred Trees will be affected as the construction (noise and pollution) will make the place undesirable to live during that moment.

    the constant humming sound from AYE should help conditioned the HT owners for that.

    Jurong Lake will soon boast a lakeside village that offers exciting shopping, dining and entertainment options, as well as boutique hotels.     Condo name is call NEWEST with 136 units + ground floor commercial.

    Saw agent putting up banners today. Should be launching within a month of so I reckon.
