an agent said TOP expected Aug/sep...but the pics posted here looks like almost done so shld be so long right? looking at it seems like July will be ready...any updates to latest TOP?

That green box is just an external power generator (or pump) lah hahaha... of course wont be there when TOP. Yes, TOP is around 3rd Quarter. You are vested?

this is a boutique development and bearing in mind is also in a prime location, so space is indeed a challenge. we are not comparing with ardmore park.
