Oh I see. So the high landed price in these few years is
mainly due to low interest rates. The low rental yield from landed still make it looks attractive ?

I remember the last Property cycle that burst around 1997, landed was the last property sector to move up. Wonder what was the interest rate look like then ? Anyone care to share ?
