    Oh u mean if you are a developer invite?

    If its CDL or one of those listed developer company, there wont be a difference. Even if its CDL staff purchase, they are also buying at the same VVIP sales price.

    Latest highest land bid by Singland for land right side of Echelon is $970psf!!!
    1st runner up is FEO and friend at 875psf!
    CDL, the developer of Echelon puts a defensive bid at $790psf.

    Echelon costs 'only' $754 psf!

    Price hard to drop when land bid gets more and more expensive within the same area!
