oh. I thought another contractor will move in to do the interiors such as cabinets etc and KSH will just be solely in charge of the bricks and mortars.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think KSH is supposed to do everything, including the cabinets and fitting, landscaping, swimming pools and etc.

KSH is main contractor. Overall managing the project site.
All the works such as laying bricks n block will be sub to one sub con by Ksh, den landscape by other sub con and interior by another n so on.
Ksh will be responsible to coordinate all the sub con to ensure quality n timely delivery by TOP.

Just came back from the free dinner event. Here are some of things I managed to find out:
1) The showflat will be closed for one month as foundation works is going to begin near the suites side. They will reopen the showflat after the renovation is done.
2) They managed to sell off some more units. As of today only left 94 units.
3) Ceiling height is 2.95m.
4) All pull-out cupboards have soft closing mechanism.
5) The food provided is nice

Read the news about the new quarry park for tampines north. It is confusing. See attached map. From the map, this "quarry park" cannot be the existing tampines quarry.

It is still unclear whether the current quarry will be developed. Lets all hope so. There is no reason not to develop it.

I think gov not ready to redevelop PLAB.... you can see all the buildings in the new town are still restricted at 16 floors...
if sand hill not ready to move, PLAB not ready to move, they can't open the current quarry to public and make it to a nice quarry park...

The place they are describing as "Tampines North" is between Sungei Api Api to the north and Sun Plaza Park to the South. Therefore it is that area north of Tampines Street 9. Not near Waterview and not near Q Bay. It is further north, almost to Pasir Ris. That's why they mentioned that it could link to Pasir Ris.
