    It is a dual key unit.
    It is slightly different from other development as the main unit has a universal room.
    This room can be anything you like, ie it can be a bedroom, study or even a laundry room as it has water inlet and outlet for you to put the washer there.

    My agent v. chio. Ex-SIA stewardess. Anybody interested in her contact PM me.

    It's v. difficult to confirm if the reduction in discounts is genuine or not.

    Having sold a good number of units, it's possible that they are reducing the discounts.

    Me not vested.

    They do employ quite a few of them. Go to a few more launches and you will see them around.

    Wow ... Tempted ... I mean the agent ...

    I do agree it is highly possible that they might just raise prices since they have cross 60% mark in one wkend, can always hold and wait to see who gets Parcel B a few months down the road...

    this forum starting to have the sammyboy aura. from property to property agents??

    when i was at watertown, i was served by a filippino.

    it's typically that developer reduce the discount as the inventory moves. won't be surprised d leedon starts doing the same.

    I also want to buy but too bad poor man like me can vested into public condo "watercolor". Hopefully after MOP I can buy a pvt unit

    Somemore there are 6 stacks haven't release yet. Guess that developer plans to increase price if the demand is good.

    CM7 has served its purpose of slowing property price increase.

    Believe it is not for 'crashing' the property market, otherwise it may end up like US sub-prime crisis and not good for anyone (owners/developers/main con/lawyers/architect/employees working in construction/bank/govt)......

    went over the weekend to check out the show flat
    try to figure out seriously what is going on, how can this proj post CM7 can do so well

    show room btw still crowded, still alot agents
    verandah 3 bedder 1119sqf at the show room was nicely done up, practical
    like the extra window on the dining area
    good room size
    like the ID

    price is definately not cheap...a good stack is asking for close to 1kpsf

    I studied the siteplan for Tampines Greenforest.

    There will be a coffeeshop, shopping mart and two shop units within the BTO project.

    This is on top of the two shop units that will be located within QBay itself.

    What this means is simply better amenities for residents of Qbay and the Arc..

    I choose to see this as good news actually

    Quoted low floor stack 18 about 950psf for 3br verandah unit ... Not sure if still available. Can check that out if you are keen.

    Where is this site plan for Tamp Greenforest? Interested to know more.

    Is the Qbay shops serving non-residents? The amenities will grow and with the developement, but it remains to be seen if Parcel C & D will be triggered...
