Overcrowding leads to competitive behaviour and the fittest survive.
I observed it with my hamsters.
Initially I put a few of them in one cage and some of them turned violent and bit others. After separating them, they were so sweet and docile.

In the past it was okay as the victims of the fight for space are the trees and animals, who are powerless with human's weapons and tactics. When even this space runs out, human will turn to one another. I think Singapore is heading towards this direction in recent years, and I don't think it can be resolved in the next 5-10 years.

There is a swimming pool. Not big though. But got gym. Nobody uses the swimming unless weekend. Most of us will go down when no one swimming.

Well, may be you are seeing the wrong condos. For 100-200 units with full facilities & large Pool & tennis court + juccuzis etc condos, First you need to search for those transacted at >$2000 psf.
Most likely they are also at least 5 years old.

Its not the number of units. Its the space and distance between the units. This guy could actually be living in a condo with less than 100 units. He lives Mountbatten right? That area full of small condos. Its how tightly packed the area it. 100 units within what land area?
