    Eh this one would be quite difficult to get up leh, esp for old folks. I just bought a Lazy Boy recliner last week at Milennia walk.. They have promotion on going at the foyer, not sure if its still on now. Sold at quite good prices ...

    my knee also suddenly felt like giving way on a down slope when I was jogging. yesterday I weighed myself then realised I had put on like 3kg .... no wonders

    Thank you everybody. Everytime when watching TV, I will slide from my sofa to the floor but the floor is cold, so no good for health if sit too long.

    Wow, you already got a grandson. I thought you are still young. For me, my hands are not strong enough, "no muscles", cannot carry heavy stuff, if not next day, my arm muscles will ache for a few days. Even for 3 to 4 years old child, I have problem carrying them too, but sometimes "want face" lor, so die die must carry, cannot let the child's mother knows that I have no strength, haha.

    yea.. aging with grace.. semi retiring, still working thou...
    My wife used to have stiff neck and shoulder . Until she visited Jakarta and bought her to have a good massage...surprising it work for her very well..and she has nn complain since..

    Ya, actually massage did help if you can find a good one. Previously, I had a problem with my hand, my sister-in-law brought me to JB for massage, after that no more pain. Recently want to find back the same lady but she is no longer with the shop.
