    please do not be conned by the mezzanine floor. according to building regulations, only up to 5 sq m of space can be built on that level! you cannot add additional mezzanine floor area as you wish! also, 3.35 m ceiling height is considered high ceiling and not loft! normal condo ceiling height is already around 2.9m anyways...

    Mmm..it's kind of bad timing for them to launch aft Cm7. Personally i felt that Most people r turning cautious towards property nw.
    if they launch earlier,no prob selling high esp for its location next to mrt n future mall.

    they only got he land in November 2012. how to sell earlier? anyway, i think buyers are not more cautious. most are simply just priced out to buy now. LTV + ABSD

    Correct me if i'm wrong but Date of launch was 20 June 2012, Date of tender closing was 31 July 2012. Date of award was 6 August 2012. 99 years with effect is from 5 November 2012.

    With the legal land right started from 5 Nov 2012, launching the project in March 2013 is quite a feat no?

    I heard from some agents that the launch has been delayed from the initial end Feb launch because insufficient interest (cheques they mean I believe).

    So CM7 does work after all

    With that kind of pricing and that kind of location and that kind of lease, qho in the right mind will invest there? More of gamble.

    What is the price now? From Jan wait until now still never get enough interest? Release 100 unit first la. Sell 80 unit then can announced 80% sold. Give 10% to 20% cash rebate to maintain the target sales price. Is that not what they always to do to create a fake sense of bull property market?

    Urban Vista in Tanah Merah could go on the market as early as next week, if developers World Class Land and Fragrance Group secure all regulatory approvals. Market watchers expect the 582-unit condo to be priced around $1,300-1,400 psf on average.
