    The 2 bedroom floor plan is exactly the same as Parc Rosewood!
    The 1 & 3 bedroom floor plans are exactly the same as 8 Bassein!
    Did they copy and paste wholesale??

    past by today and the showflat looks to have structure up(but just barely) but I reckon it will only be ready in Feb earliest. Maybe after CNY launch?

    Selling point is next to mrt and mall, 1-stop to changi biz park, so no view also nvr mind

    HS is very useful as a storeroom to stow our barang barang..
    Having a 2nd balcony in the study area is pure wastage imo.

    You should look at the fencing around the actual site, it was like those bus stops where u have the post-its all over the place, really unsightly ... Machiam market selling fishes ...

    Sis, agents I can understand but developer must have some std mah, cannot let agents plaster your area w banners, it just project the wrong image ... I mean I don't see FEO letting people do that to eCO ...
