    Hillion at BP already charging 14xxpsf for normal studio, how can UV be lower given the half-high-ceiling

    I check with the agent, might probably increase, but not confirm yet.
    Most developers will tend to increase price after they hit the 50% mark..
    Means their units are sell-able. 1 and 2 bedder selling fast.. big units plenty.

    Inhumane for the tenants, yes. But, I don't think the buyers really care since most are buying for investestment.

    I actually think its nice for a single person. When I decide whether to buy I actually imagined myself living there and I kind of like to live there....good for bachelor pad ...

    Ya, pretty nice place. Quiet (don't face MRT can liao) and convenient. 20 mins to town only. I will not have gone for the deck if I want for own stay or rental.

    I hope you can save this post and read it again when you get the keys.

    4xx sqft is really too small for even a single to stay in long term.
    Unless you are someone without much interest, fond of small living room, small bedroom, small kitchen, etc...

    And also love to sleep just 1.xm below ceiling...

    But then, to each his own. You may really like it!

    keppel's finishing might be pretty decent. i remember they did quite a decent job for Luxurie.

    yeap..read keppel won the land tender and psf price is 17% more than UV land .....

    would expect sales price to be higher than UV

    you expect them to run charity? you have a choice to be a first mover and buy on 1st launch day. if you decide to adopt a wait and see, it can cut both ways. like those who waited for d'leedon now happy like bird, discount gao gao.
