I'm quite surprise to see plot ratio 2.5 along sembawang ave opposite skypark as i know there is a runway facing that direction.... I can see all building at that area are not more than 4 storey high... Anyone know what is the max high restriction for that empty land?
I'm maybe keen to buy a unit (mid level) there but afraid view will be block by High rise building....
