    Hopeful asked very important questions.

    How do i as a user get comfort in conducting my trades on this site?

    Is it backed by govt agency like nationproperty... What laws and jurisdiction guide the transactions... If there is no existing base of value properties currently being listed why would it draw buyers... Who do u target first to build up the base... Sellers or buyers...
    If theres nothing to lose by backing out of a listing, and non binding, who is going to stick to their offers and treat this seriously.

    No comfort, no visit.

    No visit, no interest,

    No interest, no traffic.

    No traffic, no transaction.

    No transaction, no money.

    I will be candid and tell you what your business is.

    It is just a ppty matchmaking service without money back guarantee.

    I am sorry if i sound harsh. But you are also lucky that you have the best minds in the business reading your posts here and giving feedback (and i am not referring to myself, i am only a gay in this village). I am sure you will get more fruitful input from others.

    We are in beta mode and are open to suggestion and feedback.

    Propertykaiser is not an auction site. You will still need to go through the traditional legal ways for your property wanted request.

    We are currently position as the 1st Property portal in Singapore to offer Property Deals, Online Testimonial, Property Articles & Property Bid Requests.

    We are fine-tuning the business based on our beta launch / market feedback.

    We are looking for a business partner who can add value to the business.

    my advice is to stop repeating yourself i can understand the concept of an equity partner after reading it once (or twice ... heh)

    instead of calling it tokens, just call it what it is la .. credits. (and please dont even think about calling it kredits because you are propertykaiser)

    This is not ebay or auction house style. We dun think anyone in Singapore will buy a house online without viewing the place and there are legal issues involved.
    i am confused about the Unique Selling Point.
    What is the Unique Selling Point?

    usually, when i want to buy a property, i ask agents, i will receive more property listings then I asked for.
    similarly for sellers.

    i supposed the tokens are used to weed out the freeloaders, ie if you pay, it means you are serious in buying or selling?
    Still dont see how it is differ from other property listings for sale/buy.

    The system allows property agents to submit listing proposals based on the request. Based on the match level, the system calculate a KaiserMatch score say 0-100%. This score helps you to enable you to shortlist the properties closer to your specifications.

    You can then select a few to view & pick the winning proposals. The normal OTP process.

    Thereafter you can provide or do a review of the property agents.

    The system is suppose to help you save your time & money - once we have the scale and reach.

    buyers usually have an idea of what projects they want to buy, so it is already shortlisted. Then they go about looking for the cheapest ones.

    btw, have you applied a singapore patent for this process?

    unless you have an app for android and ios, you're already behind the rest of the players.

    your webpage is too long. so troublesome to scroll down. too many animations. to be honest, you've basically copied property guru, including their showcase (the part that scrolls through a few ads) having the thumbnails doesnt make sense when you already have left/right arrows to move between the images.

    the graphics lack a certain level of polish. i suggest getting a UX designer to help you out. there are people who specialize in this.

    i think if you want to stand out, you really need to reconsider *not* copying propertyguru (even though you might say you aren't - there are clearly certain visual and design elements you have copied or takes a cue from) i understand there are only so many ways to make a site, but if i had to choose visually between yours and propertyguru, well, i wouldnt stay very long on your site.

    The mobile app will come after we stablise our internal products and process. Currently we are in beta launched to gather feedback.

    Totally agree the aesthetics, the look and feel can be improve once we do a more holistic review of the business model and market positioning.

    Your current "token based" business model is a poor way to generate income. The way u try to attract price sensitive property buyers is not a good business model. I am not so sure the depth of your web site algorithm power, or it is mainly manual. If u need economy of scale, then certain automation is essensial.

    U must force all visitors to register before they can enter your site and fill in their status (as a buyer or seller). A bit like linkedln. The sellers would be your cash cow. For example the first 100 customers "interested" u will charge 20 dollars. The next 100 u will charge 10 dollars. The sellers is getting the customer profile and contact number to follow up. If u can established that your leads are real, your site will be popular with the sellers.

    The million dollar question is how can u attract real motivated buyers to register. This one u must get people on the ground. Set up a booth to get people to register their interest. The higher the quality of your leads, the more u can charge to property sellers.

    For hot deal,

    The process is fully automated. You can create a hot deal with property specifications for local and overseas property within 1-21 days.
    If you select auto repost, the system automatically repost the deal with a fresh date once the deal expire.

    For content article,

    The process is fully automated.
    1. You can write and submit an article for approval.
    2. An email will be sent to the editor. Editor can edit, approve, reject or publish the article.
    3. An email will be sent to you once the status is approved, rejected or published.

    For Property Wanted (bid request),

    The process is fully automated. You can create a request and select the time frame.
    1. Agents on alerts notification will receive an email once there is new request.
    2. Agents can submit listing proposals or message buyer.
    3. The system calculate a KaiserMatch score 0-100% that matches your specifications.
    4. Buyer can select or view the units that matches their specifications. Normal OTP process and exercise.
    5. Buyer select winner and rate the service of the agent.
    6. Agent can comment on the rating by the buyer.

    For payment gateway,

    Its fully automated with paypal/credit card system. Manual bank transfer is possible.

    Registration required,

    1. Property leads access
    2. Create a Property deals.
