Hee.... Im not housing expert. Must see how the market will be later. Mine is at level6, so upper level n lower level price should be about the same. I estimate 1,2k at least maybe? Is it too high or too low?
Or should all of us put the same price to make it fair?
Btw i read one of BabyT's thread. U want to change the toilet to a room n rent out? I wonder how many years it will cover up the cost

i hv checked website...$1100 for common room.....Masterbedroom, unable to find the rental rate....if i am not staying there..i will lease it out to 2 tenants, can maximise the profit....

do u think ..it is possible to rent out for 1200?..i prefer rent out to 2 different tenants...if lets say, one tenant moving out, another tenant will still be paying the rental, which is more beneficial to us.......

I think at least $200, somemore yours is a double-storey apartment, also depends on your floor area. BTW, what is your floor area?
