    Probably will stay there for first 1-2yrs then rent out the whole unit there after. What about u ron tan?

    i hv checked website...$1100 for common room.....Masterbedroom, unable to find the rental rate....if i am not staying there..i will lease it out to 2 tenants, can maximise the profit....

    do u think ..it is possible to rent out for 1200?..i prefer rent out to 2 different tenants...if lets say, one tenant moving out, another tenant will still be paying the rental, which is more beneficial to us.......
