Regarding maintenance, I think we should do some changes such as removing the useless waterfall so as to try to decrease the monthly maintenance to less than $100 per month. You have my support to be the MCST chairman to implement all these changes.

.....ya, the maintenance charges shall not exceed 100 dollar per month...no guard house, no gym.....as the home loan interest rate will be rising soon, we shall not agree with the high maintenance fee....

Mezzanine platform that needs to build in generally requires management aporoval as the extra weight load on building may not be allowed.

Those that can self assemble without knocking usually no need approval.

i intend to leave the void space as it to hang a piece of nice looking chandelier/lamp.

i also intend to install glass door for each room so that the aircons will work more efficiently.

I am wondering if I should knock down parts of the toilet walls, replace with glass to make the room more spacious.
