    The flats in sengkang and Punggol are on average about slight past 10 years old, facade really nothing to crow about.
    But sk and punggol still seem to have better potential opportunities in future.

    No news means bad news lor...that's what I guess.

    Usually for property new launch, agents are eagerly trying to share 80% sold, 100% sold during launch...or even 400 cheques for 300+ units etc...

    This one seems dead and not much news.

    Wondering how many carrots are willing to be CHOP?

    It better look like a jewel.....if they really going to sell 1200psf.

    no info on pricing out.. floorplans and pictures also not ready yet.. only be released out over the next few days

    But showflat open starting this Sat.. showcasing a 2bedroom, 3 bedroom premium and 4 bedroom... IMO the 4 bedroom is very nice.

    - 2 themes to choose from for Bedroom floorings and colouring of kitchen cabinets.
    - No baywindows and HS for Jewel
    - Washer not given
    - substations are underneath stack 15 and 16 which are 3 bedroom premium units and Bin Centre near there as well
    - Some units will have 2 balconies, ie 1 in the living room and the other in the master bedroom
    - Balcony Screenings provided for all the units as well
    - tentative preview should be 31st May, before everyone goes for June Holiday Tour/Trip

    regarding units with 2 balconies, its not like the whole stack will be 1 or 2 balconies. its more like maybe 2nd to 9th floor unit comes with 1 balcony, 10th to 12th comes with 2 balconies and thereafter 13th to 14th back to 1 balcony.

    so units with 2 balconies will be pretty random throughout the development
