In the beginning, the agent told me that the price range is around $1.2 - $1.3 psf, wow, now is already $1.4+psf. Actually, there are not much of this type of project (which I think), with MRT, LRT, shopping malls within the same area. I have considered booking a unit too, but not willing to pay the ABSD leh.
if u r looking for this type of unit, wouldn't urban vista be a better choice?
