Even if you get later, usually not that much later.

Then again, taller blocks may take a longer while to complete

that plot of land is part of the bidadari development. I hope lta can add retail outlets at its bartley mrt since there are 1400 units( from b ridge and resi)of hse added to its surrounding.

Think it can be done but you may need to engage own qp to clear it with authorities. That will make living area looks bigger.

yes i was think of this approach too. I got a 10 sqm balcony really not space effective. Plan to push out the glass door fr living room to balcony. Is this doable?
