    for condo, we can not take out the door and install the door at the balcony.

    all the external facade needs to be original. not alteration is allowed. if you want to put up a window grill, there is a standard design to use. all this rules are to ensure the look and external facade of all the units looks as one neat design condo.
    If the balcony is used well, when the door is opened, it will enhance to space for the living room.

    Just passed by BR and noticed they extended the expected date of completion from May 2016 to 4th quarter 2016..

    delay is expected since the progress so slow.

    once they get passed the foundation. each level will takes about 10 days tp erect the structure. 18 storeys literally n. eeds 180 days to reach the rooftop. supposely they finish the basement in 2 months time, they should be able to reach the roof by next Jan...
