yea progress very slow.. no way they can finish this in 2 years.. will be lucky if they finish by end 2016

once they get passed the foundation. each level will takes about 10 days tp erect the structure. 18 storeys literally n. eeds 180 days to reach the rooftop. supposely they finish the basement in 2 months time, they should be able to reach the roof by next Jan...
