    You should wait....2014 and 2015 to get Mt Sinai. If you think you can, you can. If you think market will crash, it will. Ultimately economic cycle....if there is up, then there is down.

    Studio start at $1.1mil
    Commercial from $8000psf
    Smallest commercial unit will cost $1.5mil (~150sqf)

    Sound quite scary when I get to know it, at first thinking of find a small shop space.
