Better off buying the newly-launched Robin Residences.
Condo status, land size almost 4 times of Robin Suites. Full condo facilities including tennis court. High ceilings of at least 3.3m.
Nearer to Stevens MRT station, and literally having eateries and Cold Storage at its doorstep.
Yet more affordable: Studios from only $969k. (409 sqft: very small balcony without bay windows).
No reason to buy Robin Suites and not Robin Residences. But feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
