    28 out of 92 units as at end Mar.

    2 sold in Mar at 2490 and 2491psf.

    70% unsold.

    anyone has floor plans? no one marketing this project on the forum at all?

    SLP has been rewarded with higher comm because it way outperformed OT at Robin Suites.

    Sky Vue did very well because the developer gave good comm for a new launch.

    At least these developers are savvy enough to incentivise salespersons

    Better off buying the newly-launched Robin Residences.
    Condo status, land size almost 4 times of Robin Suites. Full condo facilities including tennis court. High ceilings of at least 3.3m.
    Nearer to Stevens MRT station, and literally having eateries and Cold Storage at its doorstep.
    Yet more affordable: Studios from only $969k. (409 sqft: very small balcony without bay windows).

    No reason to buy Robin Suites and not Robin Residences. But feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
