    The monthly maintenance costs for such properties are normally between $300-400. However the exact maintenance costs for this particular cluster housing development has yet to be released.

    The total selling price for a inter-terrace unit should be around $2.5M and up. Could be lower by a little but nothing is confirmed at this current moment. Corner Terrace and Semi-D could be about 3-3.5M.

    This is freehold so really value for money since a 99yr condo in Ang Mo Kio or Bishan could be as high as $1.6-1.7M for a 3bedroom.

    I think will be selling around $850psf.
    Am think to get one unit if below $800psf

    Frankly speaking, this part of Amk/Seletar is very ulu. Opp industrial.

    Around $3m per unit, with all the cooling measures and financing restrictions. Wonder how strong will be the take-up when it launches.

    Is it only for Singaporeans only?

    this is freehold strata landed... same as condo, locals/PR/foreigners can purchase. poets villas is 99lh.

    note that there is a long stretch of reserve land adjacent to AMK Ave 5, all the way from CTE to YCK road. the biking and walking trail is also here (on top of the covered drains). wonder what is the plan for this BIG piece of reserve land, which is even deeper (front-to-back) than Sennett Residences etc.

    Belgravia Villas is a Freehold Cluster Housing (Strata Landed Housing).

    Only Singaporeans are eligible to buy.
    Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) only subject to approval by Land Dealings (Approved) Unit (LDAU).
    Foreigners cannot buy at all.
