I wasn't too impressed with the layout for this project and the constant noise from farrer road...

    And quite old already.
Some units have water splashing onto your door steps eveerytime it rains.

But at 1,7xx, I think owners are lucky !

Good for couples, serene, plenty of greenery, love the pools, so few people sharing 2 pools, not crowded, car parks 20% occupied.

All condos along farrer road - convenient for noise pollution. Bus stop in front of Levelz. Nowadays all new projects near to road or mrt or bus interchange

    Undervalued $$$ in my opinion.

Circle line at farrer road mrt. Take a bus 3 stops away
Wah-la u will be at the gate of Levelz

Going to city and holland V or Dempsey convenient - cab drivers love to drop passengers along farrer road. Can easily go back to city

Greenery thumbs up. Hardly see any more condos nowadays with greenery

Nice place for couples. My take the 2 rooms good rent

Look at condos for this age - well maintained vs other condos of this age

    Elevated gym

Hardly any owner wants to sell.
Should have gone in at $1200 psf then.

Yeah ...if I knew ...damn huat already. Property prices over times can only go up UP And UP. Sigh
