Default china new home price spiked

M2 growing 16pc ... immediately home prices up

SHANGHAI—Average housing prices in 100 of China's largest cities rose in April at the fastest pace in 18 months, persistently defying policy makers' efforts to bring them down.

A survey of developers and real-estate firms showed the average price of new homes in April was up 5.34% from a year earlier, the fifth consecutive monthly rise after eight months of decline, data provider China Real Estate Index System said Thursday.

The pace accelerated from 3.9% in March and 2.48% in February, hitting the highest level since November 2011, when it was 5.65%.

M2: Represents M1 and "close substitutes" for M1.[13] M2 is a broader classification of money than M1. M2 is a key economic indicator used to forecast inflation.

China economy stimulus and US economy stimulus is different in nature.
    1. China stimulus is targeting infrastructure projects, US stimulus is targeting banks' liquidlity.
    2. China stimulus increasing commodities price, US stimulus increasing stocks price.
    3. China stimulus mainly effecting low to middle income, US. Stimulus effecting mainly higher income.
    4. China stimulus is to create wealth, US stimulus is to decrease unemployment.

The fed needs to keep the demand for USD high. As a "true drug dealer", the first rule to attract customers is to give its mechandise almost free. Once u got hooked, even your mother u will sell. The fed aware that the biggest demand for USD is from US domestic market. So there is no way that the fed is going to stop printing before US economy show any sign of "sustainable" recovery.

However, China will always be hot at US tail. China will make sure that US will never reach a "sustainable" recovery. China will keep up with "currency manipulation" strategy to keep up being competitive. This game will last a long time. It will keep up until one of them will crashed and burnt.

Unfortunately... The saver class in sg will get caught in this whole saga.
