Default How high DJIA will reach b4 Bernanke pulls the plug?

Dow has magically reached all time high of 15,500 tonight ... it has almost X2 from Lehman hell

Obviously, Bernanke may pull the plug anytime this year, when do u think he will act?

Pull the plug in the sense of stop QE?
When he stopped QE, it also means US economy already recovered, which also means DOW has leg on its own without need for QE. So DOW likely will still go higher...
DOW has stagnant for almost 15 years going nowhere, so expect DOW to go above 20,000 by 2016 or after after QE stopped but money printed will circulating around...

dun think he will dare to stop buying bonds straight ... may be like cutting 20% of 85b per month purchase ...

housing also starts to look bullish:

Prices rose in Phoenix by 22.5 percent over the past 12 months, the biggest gain among cities. It was followed by San Francisco (22.2 percent) and Las Vegas (20.6 percent).

    Hi...I disagree with you.

Please refer to my past thread(s) and post(s) - the majority thinks otherwise.

    this is correct.

In asia, we see property as a hedge for inflation. In America, they see equities and stocks as the hedge for inflation.

Dow likely to be above 22,000 sometime this August.

    Good Luck.

Just as long as there are many skeptics around the rally is safe...
Its when the bears or those who MTB capitulate and join in coz they dont want to miss the rally further, that is when I will be worried...
