    Hi guys I saw a new showflat with black and purple wall. Along Ganges ave . Any idea where is this new development ?

    Notice that the delta school behind is also demolishing soon. Wonder what this big plot of land will be used for. Under current masterplan 2008, it is zoned as institution so I assume for the nxt 10 or 15 year it will be as such ? Just feel that the great world mrt will be nearby, this piece of land is currently under developed . With the future new underpass link of park connector at zion and Kim seng, wonder what will happen. Keen to get a unit within this area

    depends on whether the D3 tag will affect it or not. developer would prob sell this D3 (note 99 YEAR LEASEHOLD) project at D9 psf.

    so if that's the case, the 2 D3 projects next door may seem "cheaper" or better value. but they are old, of course.

    Hmmm dun quite understand d3 tag. U mean delta sch in zion road is regarded as district 3 ? Now is for institutional use, I assume it cannot be converted to resi unless ura change in masterplan right ?

    Hi no idea. They are doing I'd now. I think maybe they launching before lunar seven month.

    if this showflat is for the havelock road project, the project is in district 3.

    Yup think they will market around 2k per sqft. Just a guess . But seriously not much unit have view. Good for rental since up coming mrt will be nearby. Hopefully they dun use purple for their facade like they did for the showflat

    Drive past and saw d'leedon logo on this showflat . Funny to be in this location

    the Pollux project seems to be just A&A then they going to sell liao.
