    I am not sure if this is even a good buy or investment?

    I saw from propertyguru that this development is selling for $2.5m for the 883sqft unit, and it appears here that the rental is only able to get $4800/mth (2.3%?). If in order to get 3% returns, this unit should worth only $1.60m...
    Someone please teach me what is the logic of buying investment unit with such low returns? I am eager to learn and understand.

    some pple argue that CCR freehold property 2.3% rental is OK.

    yet others also argue that these pple buy to keep one, no need rental to support one, leave empty also will appreciate.

    within ERP rite? and not to forget, other than psf, quantum is also high. no matter how fire it is, will still be over 2m.
