interesting concept but doubt it can truly take off...
a few no-brainers to point out
- washing machine in bdrm
- 2 seater dining table for 4 bdrms
- upper level roof terrace separated by wall but what for
- 1173 sqft for 4 bdrm is really pushing it
can't help but feel the adage "more for less" is being negatively exploited
Got potential for boutique hostel.

basically a studio and 1 bedroom unit at the lower level penthouse and a 2 bedroom unit at the upper penthouse. The roof terrace is like an open kitchen cum dining room.![]()
Fits this description very well.

But with the global economy being slow to recover, coupled with a strong local currency, more Singapore companies have put their expatriates on local contract terms, reducing their housing budget.
As a result, Mr Cheong expects rental demand to shift towards larger units with two or three bedrooms. “Instead of renting one whole unit at S$2,500, two to three single expats can rent a two or three room unit together and share the cost,” he said, adding that rental yield for shoebox units could decline to as low as mid-3 per cent
