estimated pricing for sea horizon should be $8xxpsf , the better views will be on the higher side.

From next year onwards, lower end 99LH PC $1xxx psf, so EC at $8xx psf is about right (20% cheaper).

The 20% price difference between PCs and ECs may become lesser.

I have explained in Pg 2 before.
"Agreed. HY has built 495 units compared to 580 units.

However, this has to be seen in perspective.

This is because more than half are 4 bed-room and 5-bedroom units. We should also consider the size of the units, in addition to the number of units in consideration."

The 4-bedroom starts from 116 sq m while the 5 bed-room starts from 140 sq m. They will not be cheap in absolute $, easily $1 mil, $1.1 mil, $1.2 mil ...

1 thing that really puzzle me is the % of units with sea view.

    Different agents advertise different %.
    Up to 85% seaview

    Up to 80% seaview

    Up to 60% seaview

    What is the "true" number?
We should be less ambigious especially, the word "up to"?

Is there any independent organization verifying the figures???

Default ECs still cheaper than PC

    Cont'd

Having said that, ECs are still cheaper than current PCs.

I think ECs in general are still a good buy nowadays.

If you want to buy a 4-bedroom or 5-bedroom PC, they will either be more rare (i.e. lesser units in a typical development) or they could easily be much more.

I guesss for many potential EC buyers, eventually they still go for a EC after considering the price differential between an EC and a PC.

Would rather believe in the more conservative number i.e. up to 60% seaview.

any idea on the breakdown of statistics. how many % 1st timers, % 2nd timers.

Both Eco and Lush Acres, also oversubscribed, but now still have leftovers.......

not sure if the applicants submitted epps to get free $10 Ezlink?
