    This place is very lousy; but you can get good food opposite road.

    There is an interesting corner terrace/semi-D unit with alot of fengshui stuffs. The owner will probably put more to counter this new development.

    The location is poor, the place is poor; I am surprised it has enbloc.

    Today's paper advertisement confirms the anchor tenant is Giant.

    Those opposite How Sun landed can cut through to MRT.

    Cant say the place is poor , its going to be redeveloped and paya lebar has upcoming developments
    New Condo and landed residents will arrive in 1,2 yrs time .

    kensington square will only be launched on 29th Aug so no sale so far.
    However, the showflat is opened for invites to preview the model and show unit.

    its our company's project, now we have only indicative price list:
    for shops, most are around 5k psf above (highest is around 8k psf for a small unit of 13m2
    for residential, around 1.2k to 1.6xk psf

    actually....this location has lots of hidden traffic...the entire private estate...including Bartley residence and new GLS plot of land ...all are future target customers...

    yeah, at the very least, kengsington sq is the nearest walkable amenities for residents of nearby landed + bartley resi + bartley ridge + new paya lebar GLS
