    This is an interesting site.

    Stacks 2 and 3 are at the fork. Feng shui wise is not good.

    AMK St 13 is on higher ground. The entire land slopes downwards towards the old St Nicholas.

    The only side gate is between Blk 8 and 20. That's far from the future train entrance.

    i believe its more like sloping down from west to east , with the blocks on the right having a "sunken" feel eg for stk 20,27 , 3rd floor is about same level as the carpark road in front to it. The "panorama trail" uses the elevation to create the bridge across the pool.

    stack 18 will get some west sun in the second half of the year.

    Blk 18 & 20 are consider premium block, prepare to pay a slightly higher price for this 2 block.

    there's a few degrees swing if you observe closely enough.
